Courtney Love Stages a Comeback

Courtney Love, who used to be popular during the nineties, staged a comeback tour starting in London and planned another appearance in New York City. The newspapers described her as being unheathly skinny due to her extreme dieting habits and she looks like a hag. She responded to the comments by making fun of herself. Looking like the way she does now, I don't think it's a good comeback.

Look Into My Eyezzzzzzz

After the eco-conscious Live Earth concert, reporters were shocked that Madonna had a set of strict rules for the interviews: there must be eye contact and all of the questions must be memorized beforehand. If the reporter so much as tilt his/her head in another direction, even for a brief moment, the interview is over. There are no exceptions. Even glancing at notes is not allowed. She's one scary hynodomme.

Avril Lavigne Gives the Middle Finger to TMZ

Avril Lavigne, a rocker with an attitude, had went through a lot of name calling since the beginning of her career. But what she can't take is people accusing her of plagerizing. The band that's filing the lawsuit is TMZ, a band from the 1970s. They claim that Lavigne and Gottwald's "Girlfriend" has 5 words that are copied from TMZ's "I Want To Be Your Boyfriend". She admits that her song has some similar lyrics to other songs written by the Rolling Stones and Ramones, but emphasized that many songs use similar words to express common feelings. Not very surprising to me that some dated band wants to make a profit by suing newer bands for plagerism.

Paris Hilton Wants to Be An Actress

The heiress was caught leaving the home of an acting coach while carrying several acting books, one of them being Ivana Chubbuck's "The Power Of Acting". Guess she wants aim for the Hollywood silver screen. However, lots of people are skeptical that she'll be a talented actress and that she may even be taking those lessons for the sake of looking better in public.

Transformers The Movie

A great 180 minute movie with tons of explosive action and awesome looking robots. However the film doesn't follow the original storyline and its story is boring and weak compared to the action sequences of the robots. There's also lots of talking, some corny politics, common heroism, and other cliches. However other than that the movie is awesome and is worth watching for its great eye candy, especially if you're a transformers fan.

Pete Doherty the Crackhead

The rarely sober Pete Doherty pleaded guilty to various drug charges. That the rocker was an drug addict was of no surprise to many people. The charges included traffic violations and the possession of crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine. Another charge was added for being late to court. Even in court he wasn't sober enough to give his address forcing his lawyer to do it for him.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Dislikes "Drama Queens"

Jonathan Rhys Meyers vowed that he will never date an actress much less become real friends with them. He considers them to be "drama queens" and "bitter twisted creatures" who have "different personalities" but they are still "f-king actors!" He said that "he's not intimidated by tough women" but admits that dating them is "too difficult and too competitive". To me that's same as blaming the actresses for his failures in dating them.
